I am very pleased with my purchase. The text is very clear and having the actual note printed on the notes is so helpful when you are learning! Brilliant 😊

This is one of the best learn to play recorder books out there. It really does help you not only learn the recorder but how to read music too. The tunes chosen are all well known too....

I'm a guy in my mid-40's and I've been playing the flute for nearly a year. I recently bought several of your books including "The Flying Flute Book of Christmas Carols". Your books are so great! I really like that one in particular. For me it's just the right mix of playable and challenging, for not feeling terrible that you can't play something yet for also pushing yourself to get better. I also like the illustrations, haha. Well done!

I've played guitar for many years, but it has been really fun to learn flute as well. The other flute books I have are the usual band method sort of books... Yeah, they get the job done but they also leave a lot to be desired in terms of just being fun. Seems like your books do a much better job of this!

Please don't stop making your books. The only books I've ever found for a random assortment of instruments. (We have oboe, mini bassoon, bassoon, bass clarinet, piano and harp and the Xmas band book has all the parts)

By the way, the classical duets were great. We used the toy symphony with the redundant keyboard player using percussion parts from the original - went down very well at a rest home.

Really nice layout. Easy to follow.
I like the fact that you can listen to the tunes, to be honest I usually play by ear but haven’t played for a number of years so am brushing up on the specifics. Always nice to have the written music just in case.

Hi there! I have been really impressed with your books! I have been wishing for a long time there was such a thing as instrument specific theory books, and now I've found them. I've also been very pleased with your Christmas books. I intend to get your whole selection of flute books- they are excellent. I've got a few of my students to buy your books, I've told my mother in law about you (she's a violin teacher), so she's ordered some stuff from you, and I've posted your webpage link on my Facebook account with all my friends... I just wanted to tell you how great I think your books Are! Thank you ever so much- I will continue to use you and to recommend you to others xxx

Very pleased to have found your website while searching for Christmas songs for flute. Delighted with the Duets for Flute 21 Christmas songs download and with the 50+ Classics for Flute downloaded a week later. The selections in both cases were very appealing, the Sussex carol was there and then also Classics for Flute had so many of the tunes I had hoped for gathered together in one book.

May I say how pleased I was to find that you now produce a piano accompaniment to go with the flute/clarinet parts. I already have your flute/clarinet music which is proving to be most useful and now that I have the piano part it will make our playing even better. Many thanks.

I look forward to placing further orders with you in due course.

Hi there

I'm just emailing you to tell you how much I love your Oboe duet books, especially the vast range of Christmas music! I have all of them!

I'm an oboe and double bass teacher (I know!) based in Dublin, and I am very much a Christmas enthusiast. I'm known among my students for wearing Christmas socks 365 days a year (they've checked!!)

I've taken on some very keen adult double bass students this year, and I'll be buying your double bass Xmas duets to play with them as the time approaches... Given the brilliance of the oboe books, I'm really looking forward to it.

Many thanks and keep up the good work!

Recently bought and downloaded two of your publications for Trumpet (actually I’m learning the cornet , but who’s counting!). The Classics and the Christmas one(start early for Christmas it’ll soon be here). I’ve been playing the cornet for days now and love these two collections, spot on for my level (and beyond). Really like the music so thought I would say thanks - and looking forward to more such.
Cheers

My daughter and I have been playing clarinet together for nearly a decade. She’s now a freshman playing in in the University of Pittsburgh’s orchestra; I’ve recently begun playing with the Fairfax Wind Symphony. We’d enjoyed your Christmas duet book, so I was very pleased to find your recently published Two Clarinets: Shanties and Sea Songs for Two Intermediate Clarinets. Before she headed back to university, we read through all the pieces in the new book. We particularly liked the arrangements of "The Wellerman” and "The Drunken Sailor." Thank you!

By the way, loving your Learn the Recorder Through Famous Classics. My partner is the recorder player really but I have tried a few times over the years to learn to be able to join in now and again.

This is the first book that has held my interest for more than a few days. I also really like the backing downloads so I can hear what I am supposed to be aiming for.

thank you so very much for the excellent work you are doing in publishing wonderful, affordable and good-looking recorder music!

I have been playing recorders since I was 8, and am also teaching recorder and am always looking for the'ultimate recorder teaching method' and books with songs.

There is some very good material available in the Netherlands (where I grew up - I live in Australia with my family now), but that is not available in English.

I am so very thankful to have come across your website, and it's so easy to order via Amazon, and did I mention it is so affordable?
