Rags to Riches Book 1 Piano Accompaniment for Solo Flute is brim full of brilliant ragtime music by Scott Joplin and James Scott, and comprises ten pieces – Two Steps, Rags, and Waltzes – arranged especially for the intermediate flute player. The piano accompaniment is also suitable for intermediate and advanced pianists. The solo part is available separately.

A few are tricky, some less challenging, and are arranged so that the level of difficulty in the flute part is progressive, as is the note range – notes span from low D to high G but most pieces are well within this range. Expect lots of jaunty tunes, some complex rhythms, and a few soaring melodies. Something for everyone!
